About the role:
The role of a Car Care Consultant involves selling aftermarket vehicle protection products to new and used car buyers. You will be liaising with the sales team during your time at the dealership, managing the profit of the car care department, and providing excellent customer care at every opportunity. This role reports to the Dealership Principal and your duties will include…

• Promoting the benefits and providing accurate advice of the aftermarket products
• Responding to all aftermarket enquiries
• Maximising sales to achieve set targets and KPI’s
• Maintaining an up-to-date sales log
• Operating cohesively with all departments throughout the Dealership
• Providing post-sale customer support
