About the Role: We are currently seeking experienced and early-career Registered Nurses to join our client’s aged care team across multiple Gold Coast locations. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care, supporting residents’ clinical needs, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Delivering safe, effective, and responsive clinical care to residents
• Supporting and mentoring care staff to ensure quality outcomes
• Conducting assessments, care planning, medication administration and documentation
• Liaising with allied health professionals, families, and GP services
• Promoting a respectful and dignified approach to aged care

Must haves for the successful applicant for these role:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in aged care or a genuine passion to work in the sector
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Up-to-date police check and relevant vaccinations
