About the Role:

1: We are seeking compassionate and experienced Male & Female Disability Support Workers to support a 19-year-old female with Autism who is non-verbal and has mobility challenges. You will assist with personal care and community access in a calm, structured environment.

Requirements:
- Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (non-verbal clients preferred)
- Strong understanding of sensory and behavioural support
- NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, WWCC
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle preferred
- Calm and empathetic nature - Min Certificate III is a must

2: We are recruiting both Male and Female support workers for a participant who is bedbound/wheelchair bound, living in an SDA apartment in Northmead. Roles involve personal care, hoisting, and companionship.

Requirements:
- Experience in high physical support, manual handling, or SDA settings
- Personal care and hoisting experience essential
- NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, WWCC
- Mature workers encouraged to apply - Min Certificate III is a must

3: We are Seeking Male support workers with experience in mental health and forensic disability services to support clients with Schizophrenia, substance use history, and post-custodial reintegration.

Requirements:
- Experience supporting justice-involved individuals with mental health challenges
- Background in de-escalation, behavioural support, and trauma-informed care
- NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, WWCC
- Calm, assertive and confident demeanor essential - Min Certificate III is a must

4: We are looking for male support workers for a SIL home in Parramatta supporting three male participants. Middle Eastern background is a bonus for cultural alignment.

Requirements:
- SIL or group home experience preferred
- Ability to remain alert during night shifts, maintain routine documentation
- NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, WWCC
- Cultural competence and reliability essential - Min Certificate III is a must
