Registered Nurses (Full-Time or Part-Time) – Tully Nursing Home

Tully Nursing Home is currently seeking two Registered Nurses (Division 1 – AHPRA registered) to join our dedicated team in a permanent full-time or part-time capacity, working on a rotating shift roster.

About Us

Tully Nursing Home is a 72-bed residential aged care facility nestled in the beautiful foothills of Tully, North Queensland – conveniently located halfway between Cairns and Townsville and just 20 minutes from the stunning beaches of Mission Beach.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Tully Nursing Home, you will:

Deliver high-level clinical care and leadership

Assess and monitor residents' health and care needs

Develop and implement individualised care plans with a focus on wellness, companionship, and person-centred support

Supervise and mentor care staff as part of a collaborative team

Uphold our commitment to a holistic and social model of care

What We’re Looking For

Current registration with AHPRA as a Division 1 Registered Nurse

Passion and genuine interest in aged care

Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills

Ability to lead and support a team

Flexible and adaptive approach to care

Commitment to continuous improvement and quality outcomes
