About the Opportunity

We are seeking Registered Nurses with a passion for aged care to join a compassionate and experienced clinical team within a highly regarded aged care community. You will play a pivotal role in delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care to our residents, while supporting the broader care team in maintaining high clinical standards.

This is a full-time opportunity, offering you the chance to work in a dynamic, well-supported environment that values your contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality clinical care and maintain accurate documentation in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.

Coordinate and supervise the clinical care provided by personal care workers and enrolled nurses.

Manage care plans and ensure timely assessments and reviews.

Respond to and manage clinical incidents and risks as they arise.

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and resident safety.

Engage with residents and their families with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.

About You:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Experience in aged care or a demonstrated passion for supporting older people.

Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, infection control, and WHS.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Current police clearance or willingness to obtain.
