About the role:

Join our team to deliver assertive outreach and psychosocial support to individuals after suicide crisis. Be a consistent, compassionate presence—proactively engaging those who need it most.

What will a typical day look like?

• Support individuals in suicidal crisis, engaging families and carers where appropriate.
• Deliver timely, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care aligned with Way Back Service principles.
• Advocate for and connect participants with community services.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Lead to develop tools and processes that enhance service delivery.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Diploma level qualifications in a Mental Health related field.

• A strong communicator, able to quickly build rapport and influence across a diverse range of people.

• Full COVID-19 Vaccination
• Ability to obtain a Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption)
• Ability to obtain a Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption notice)
