About the role

Fig Landscapes' is seeking an experienced Landscape construction tradesman to join our team in Byron Bay, NSW. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality landscape construction projects.

What you'll be doing

Carrying out landscape construction tasks such as paving, decking, retaining walls, and planting

Interpreting landscape plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation

Operating and maintaining relevant machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

Collaborating with the design and project management teams to resolve any on-site challenges

Ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed timelines

Mentoring and training junior members of the landscape construction team

Contributing to a positive and productive team environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a landscape construction tradesman

Proven ability to read and interpret landscape plans and technical drawings

Demonstrated proficiency in the use of relevant machinery and hand tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment

Current driver's licence and reliable transportation
