Morton Landscaping is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Tradesman to join our team. We specialise in creating well-crafted, functional outdoor spaces for a wide range of projects. Key Responsibilities:

Complete a variety of landscaping tasks, including planting, mid-scale earthworks, hardscaping (fabricated steel structures, stone/brick paving, retaining walls, bespoke fences/screens etc), and automated irrigation system installation.

Operate landscaping machinery and tools with precision and care to maintain high standards.

Collaborate with the team to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Maintain organised, safe, and clean work areas.

Contribute to project planning and problem-solving to ensure seamless project execution.

Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing updates, general conversation and ensuring their satisfaction.

Maintain a professional appearance and represent Morton Landscaping’s high standards of presentation and quality at all times

Ideal Candidate:

5+ years of hands-on experience in landscape construction

Relevant Qualifications

Solid knowledge of the industry

Ability to deliver quality results using a range of materials and tools

A keen eye for detail, with a commitment to consistently exceeding expectations

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

A valid driver’s licence
