About the role

As a Broker Support specialist at Ultra Finance Solutions, you'll play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to our network of asset brokers. This full-time, office-based position in our Melbourne CBD office with the opportunity to work hybrid will see you working closely with both brokers and our internal loan processing team to ensure a seamless client experience.

What you'll be doing

Process and submit asset finance applications on behalf of broker

Liaise with broker to gather required documentation and information

Manage the progress of applications through to formal approval & settlement

Provide general administrative support to brokers as needed

Collaborate with the loan processing team to resolve any issues or queries

Maintain accurate records and reporting on broker activity

Build strong working relationships with brokers in our network

What we're looking for

At least 1 years' experience in a broker support or similar administrative role

working knowledge of the finance application process and requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with brokers

High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Proficient in using Lender portals /application and CRM systems

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Flexible and adaptable with the ability to prioritise and multitask
