The Role:
We’re excited to announce an incredible full-time opportunity for a Jewellery Showroom Manager to run and oversee our new bespoke showroom in Sydney. Located close to local amenities, shops, café, restaurants and easy transport access, this fantastic opportunity is available for a real people person with a can-do attitude who enjoys working with autonomy and can confidently represent our brand and showcase our fine jewellery products.

As our Jewellery Showroom Manager, you will be the face of our brand and through personalised consultations you will take each client through the engagement ring and wedding ring purchase and post-purchase journey, while creating exceptional client experiences. If you have a passion for fine jewellery and creating exceptional client interactions, we’d love to hear from you.

Additional duties include showroom order management, liaising with production, through to fulfilment of jewellery pieces for your clients and post purchase follow up. Whilst jewellery and diamond experience would be highly regarded this is not essential as we are after a candidate who is the right fit. You will receive initial product and client service training which will involve travel to Melbourne to undertake a dedicated training program in all aspects of the role along with ongoing training and development to ensure your continued success in the role.

This role will also have oversight of junior consultant who will help to assist with day-to-day consultations and activities.

Responsibilities:

This exciting role will involve:

End-to-end accountability for our Sydney Showroom operations including client consultations, customer enquires (online and phone order) management, and post purchase support.

Take the customer through the end-to-end diamond engagement and wedding ring purchasing journey

Provide advice and guidance to help clients discover the perfect bespoke jewellery piece

Ensure we maintain our exceptional levels of customer service and aftersales support.
This role has exposure to all parts of the customer journey including general enquiries, order management, post-purchase follow up and more.

Great customer communication, proficient with IT systems, high attention to detail and motivated work ethic.

Oversight of junior consultant who will help to assist with day-to-day consultations and activities.

High level of proficiency with technology & systems

We are flexible with workdays, but must include a Saturday

Ability to undertake occasional interstate work travel would be highly regarded

Experience with diamonds, gemstones, or jewellery is desirable, but not essential—we value a willingness to learn and grow
