About the role
The APS 5 Strategy Officer is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in a dynamic strategy team. As a crucial member, you will provide policy advice, contribute to strategic decision-making, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support complex projects. This role offers a unique blend of analytical, operational, and strategic responsibilities that will challenge you and shape your professional development.

What you will do

Develop structured insights and recommendations to tackle complex strategic problems

Draft materials for internal and external stakeholders, clearly communicating recommendations and implications

Present recommendations and facilitate discussions with stakeholders and leadership

Support the development of project plans and schedules within established frameworks

Provide administrative and procedural support for senior staff, ensuring smooth stakeholder interactions

Conduct research and analysis to support key project deliverables

Excellent communication skills with experience drafting materials for diverse stakeholders
