The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Delivery Officer APS5 to join the Provider Approvals Team for our Government client. In this role, you will assess and manage applications for Child Care Subsidy Provider and Service approval and support regulatory operations with sound decision-making and strong communication.

Security Clearance Requirements - Baseline clearance or ability to obtain.

Contract Length: 12months (potential 12mth extension)

Key Responsibilities:

As an Assessment Officer, you may be responsible for:

Assessing applications for CCS Provider and Service Approval, including changes in ownership.

Interpreting and applying legislation, policy, and guidelines.

Exercising delegated authority to make evidence-based, defensible decisions.

Maintaining accurate records across various IT systems.

Analysing information and documentation to support administrative decisions.

Communicating professionally with child care providers and internal/external stakeholders.

Contributing to the development of policy, procedures, and training to support consistency.

Preparing data reports, summaries, and analysis for internal use.

Supporting business improvement and compliance projects.
