We’re working with a well-regarded paediatric clinic that’s currently on the lookout for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join the team. With purpose-built clinic spaces, a strong flow of referrals, and a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, it’s a fantastic setup for someone wanting to make a meaningful impact in the paeds space. This is a unique contracting model that offers flexibility, full admin support, and access to relevant supervision — definitely a different take on private contracting.

The contracting model is simple: the practice provides you with a clinic room and full admin support in exchange for 30-40% of your billables — you keep the remaining 60-70%. For clinicians, this can lead to very strong earning potential. Most team members work four days in the clinic and one from home, giving you time to manage admin or telehealth sessions your way.

The Caseload
The clinics are busy — there’s no shortage of referrals — and the focus is entirely on paediatric clients. You’ll have the freedom to shape your caseload in a way that suits your style and strengths. The team is neuro-affirming, inclusive, and focused on providing thoughtful, holistic care for children and their families.
