• Above award salary + bonus structure (starting at $84K + super + bonuses)

About Us:

Located in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Beyond Words Therapy Centre is a thriving paediatric allied health practice offering Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, and Art Counselling. Our services span across clinic-based and mobile settings, with strong ties to local schools and kindergartens where we provide everything from individual visits and therapeutic group programs to professional development.

We’re deeply connected to our local community and take a neuro-affirming, family-centred, and play-based approach to therapy. Our goal is to help every child feel seen, supported, and empowered. We’re seeking therapists who are passionate, reliable, and fun to be around to jump in and make a difference in the lives of children and their families. People who believe in the potential of every child and love being part of a collaborative team. A team player ready to bring energy, creativity and heart to your work. Whether you're just graduating or already have some experience, we're here to support you every step of the way. Some other essentials are:

• Practicing membership with AHPRA or SPA

• Current Working with Children Blue Card (or willing to obtain)

• Eligibility for Medicare Provider Number

• A sense of humour
