The Role:

System and network adimistration

Project delivery including client requirements interaction

Technical and customer escalation point for support engineers and technicians

Provide technical leadership, advanced design and configuration and support for a number of technologies such as Microsoft 365, desktop, Azure and AWS cloud, Private cloud, server infrastructure, and network

Work with highly experienced team to maintain the best practice environment

Required Skills and Experience:

Exceptional customer service experience

Must have excellent communication skills

Recent MSP experience is highly regarded

Solid L3 skills and some hands solution engineering and design skills

At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft system engineering

At least 3 years of experience in network support

Expert desktop knowledge. You must be highly familiar with end user support to be considered for this role

Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Exchange Online, including use of PowerShell and scripting

Experience with deploying and managing workloads to Azure environments.

Good knowledge of EDR and backup systems

Familiarity with technologies such as Microsoft Security, Fortinet, Cisco/Meraki and SharePoint Intranet will be advantageous

Knowledge of AWS cloud, DevOps, and Containers will be advantageous
