Job description

We are looking for a Junior Finance Controller/Manager to join our team at Unikey Global located in Melbourne, Australia, VIC 3000. The main responsibility is leading our company's financial operations. The Finance Controller/Manager will offer financial advice to the director and management, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive the organisation's financial performance.

Ker Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire month-end reporting process, including assisting with the monthly management report.

• Analyse and report on operational performance variances to budget and profit forecast.

• Lead the preparation of the annual financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements and tax returns, ensuring these comply with relevant accounting standards.

• Develop financial policies and procedures as required.

• Be the key point of contact for the external advisors, including auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.

To be short-listed, you need:

• At least a bachelor's degree in a related field

Have at least 3 years of experience in a financial role.

• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills

• MS Office experience is a must
