Part time with the potential to go Full-time at $35/hour
The successful applicant will have significant aptitude with bookkeeping and in particular working with MYOB.
Maintain accurate financial records
Manage accounts payable / manage accounts receivable
Preparing BAS/PAYG/SGC quarterly and monthly
Prepare weekly payroll
Prepare insurance information annually or as required
As well as bookkeeping you will be managing scheduling of brick cartage deliveries within the building industry. You will be responsible for:
Point of contact for enquiries via phone and email
Answering phone calls and assisting with cartage related enquiries from builders
Manage scheduling admin and ensuring deliveries are on time utilising excel spreadsheets
To be successful in this role you will have:
Intermediate excel skills
MYOB experience
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
Ability to work independently
Reliable and self motivated
