We are currently representing one of Australia's most highly regarded, high-end landscape architecture studios, specialising in exceptional residential projects. This is a unique opportunity to join a design-led team and work on a portfolio of significant and beautifully crafted gardens.
Based in a beautiful and bright Sydney city-fringe studio with a talented, social culture. We are open to speaking with overseas applicants, must have a valid visa to work in Australia and proven boutique residential garden design experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage bespoke projects from initial concept through to documentation and on-site delivery

Mentor and guide junior landscape architects and graduates

Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring design integrity and quality is maintained

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, architects, external consultants, and contractors

Produce and oversee high-quality design and documentation packages

Coordinate project delivery and undertake site inspections

Manage key client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Skills and Experience

Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture & or Horticulture and Landscape Design

Working at a level equivalent to 6+ years of professional experience.

A high-quality portfolio displaying an exceptional eye for design, ideally with a focus on high-end residential projects

Strong knowledge of Australian horticulture

Proven experience leading projects from concept to completion

Confident client-facing ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD & Sketchup highly advantageous

Adobe Creative Suite skills are expected.
