The Role
Are you a seasoned administrative professional looking for a stable, full-time role where your established career and tech-savviness will be highly valued? We're seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrative Office Manager to provide crucial support to our NSW & VIC operations, based out of the Tuggerah office, NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise to streamline operations, manage data effectively, and make a significant contribution to our growing business. The primary focus of this role is administrative, with a strong emphasis on utilising technology to enhance efficiency and directly assist our sales and service teams.
As our Administrative Office Manager, you'll play a vital role in our daily operations, working closely with the Company Accountant, General Manager, and Directors. Your responsibilities will primarily involve:
Office Management & Support: Efficiently managing general administrative functions, including communication, coordination, and supporting the daily needs of our NSW & VIC offices. This includes scheduling service calls, proactively contacting clients regarding consumables and service, coordinating staff travel, and potentially engaging in strategic outbound sales initiatives.
Data & CRM Management: Leveraging your tech skills to manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, managing agreements, generating work orders, and validating information for active clients, assets, and contacts.
Revenue Contribution: Contributing to the growth of service targets and driving the adoption of scheduled service agreements across the business.
IT & Software Proficiency: Demonstrating excellent IT and computer skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Qualifications & Requirements
Certification IV in Business Administration.
MS Copilot and Power Automate experience will be highly regarded.
Skills & Competencies
Demonstrated aptitude for IT fault finding and problem-solving, showcasing your analytical abilities.
Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities, honed through years of professional experience.
Comprehensive computer-based skills in MS Office products, with a strong aptitude for leveraging technology to improve efficiency.
Training & Working Conditions
A thorough onboarding and training program will be provided to ensure your continued professional development in this role.
Standard hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Friday, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, offering a predictable work schedule.
