What is the role?

The Senior Reporting and Financial Planning Analyst will drive accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, budgeting, and process automation to support informed decision-making across the organization.

• Monthly Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly financial reports to local management, international stakeholders in Switzerland and America, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, utilizing your analytical skills to
• Provide accurate projections that help guide our strategic growth and engender stakeholder engagement.
• Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior management teams including Sales, Marketing, CFO, and CEO to gain insights into the business operations.
• Tender Pricing and Scenario Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis and scenario modelling for tender pricing
• to support strategic decision-making and competitive positioning.
• Change Management: Embrace a proactive and adaptable mindset, actively participating in the ongoing
• Automation and streamlining of manual processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the Finance department.

About You

• Experience in successfully driving process automation initiatives.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proactive problem solver with a "go-getter" attitude and adaptability to change.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior exposure to international reporting is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or relevant professional certification.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or FP&A roles.
• SAP Proficiency: Possess strong expertise in SAP systems, utilizing its functionalities to ensure accurate and efficient financial data management and reporting.
• Advanced Power BI Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Power BI to create meaningful visualizations and dashboards that enhance decision-making processes.
• JDE and / or Oracle EPM experience would be considered positively.
