About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bar Tender to join our friendly team at Ren Ishii in Ramsgate, (South Sydney). This is a casual position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience

Maintaining a clean and well-organised bar area

Adhering to all relevant licensing and safety regulations

Assisting with stock management and inventory control

Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting your colleagues

What we're looking for

Experience as a Bar Tender within a similar environment

Good knowledge of cocktail recipes, bar equipment, and beverage trends

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or willingness to obtain

A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to our team
