ABOUT MND VICTORIA
MND Victoria is a health based not for profit staffed by a team of professionals that provide expert information, advice and support services for people living with motor neurone disease (MND) in Victoria and Tasmania.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible person with excellent office administration and computer skills to undertake a wide range of finance and administration tasks, including:
Be a first point of contact for donors and clients;
Assist with the receipting of supporter donations;
Assist with the processing of accounts payable and receivable;
Support the Executive Management team with diary management, recruitment and general administration duties.
The successful applicant will have:
A ‘can do’ approach;
Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in the not-for-profit or health space;
Experience using a wide range of software packages;
A commitment to accurate data entry; and most importantly
A strong desire to contribute to a not-for-profit organisation that serves the community
MND Victoria uses Salesforce as our customer relationship database and Xero as our accounting software. Experience with these packages would be well regarded, as would familiarity with the NDIS.
This is a permanent part-time time position of 2-3 days per week, based in our Canterbury office.
