Your role will include:
– Conducting functional and standardised assessments for clients across the lifespan
– Supporting clients with speech, language, communication, feeding, and AAC needs
– Delivering tailored therapy programs and writing high-quality clinical reports
– Collaborating with care managers, educators, OTs, physios, and nursing staff
– Providing clinical supervision and guidance to junior team members and students (Senior role)
– Supporting clients funded through NDIS, Home Care Packages, and other models
– Empowering families and carers with practical advice and education
What you’ll bring:
– Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA membership
– Minimum 4 years’ experience for Senior level (clinicians of all levels welcome to apply)
– Confidence working with both children and adults, or strong interest in aged care
– Understanding of the Disability Inclusion Act, NDIS, and Child Protection Legislation
– Current WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, and valid driver’s licence
– A warm, client-centred approach and passion for delivering high-quality care
