Little Steps Therapies is a well-established Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy clinic supporting children, adolescents, and their families. We’re celebrating our 7th birthday with exciting growth: the opening of our brand-new Thornleigh clinic in August 2025!

No 30-minute back-to-back appointments—we value quality care over high volume.

Your Caseload, Your Way

Opportunities to develop and run group programs (e.g., Feeding Therapy, Secret Agent Society, Literacy & School Readiness).

Choose Telehealth, face-to-face, offsite, or a mix - whatever suits you.

Follow your interests - we support you to build your caseload around your clinical interests.
