Are you a paralegal, conveyancer, or law clerk with experience in property law? Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to make a real impact? In this role, you’ll provide integral assistance to the Principal Lawyer across property law transactions, commercial work, and estate planning in a busy boutique law firm.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

• Administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Preparing and maintaining files to the highest standard.
• Taking instructions from clients and ensuring their needs are met.
• Liaising with stakeholders, including agents, banks, and other parties.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents with precision and care.
• Conducting research as required to support complex cases.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• 1-3 years’ experience as a paralegal, conveyancer, or law clerk.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
• A keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills.
• Experience with PEXA and Smokeball will be highly regarded.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly pick up new software.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver quality work within tight deadlines.
• A positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for property law.
