What You’ll Do:

Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers and partners across NSW, acting as a trusted advisor.

Drive new business growth by managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation and proactive outreach to negotiation and closing deals.

Craft and deliver compelling, customized presentations that address the unique needs of brokers and clients.

Actively engage in industry events to expand your network and stay connected with market developments.

Plan and execute targeted outbound campaigns, identifying and prioritizing high-potential brokerages for strategic expansion.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, swiftly addressing any obstacles to growth while contributing to long-term business strategy.

Keep a pulse on emerging industry trends, competitor moves, and innovations to maintain a competitive edge in the insurance market.

About You:

Well-established broking networks and strong knowledge of the Australian broker market and insurance landscape

Experience with Financial Lines insurance products

Proven success in business development and building lasting relationships

A proactive, client-focused go-getter who leads from the front

Entrepreneurial self-starter with a drive to create opportunities and deliver results

Collaborative team player committed to high performance

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across all levels
