The Role
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Speech Pathologist to play a leading role in establishing and shaping our speech pathology team. You'll work independently while collaborating closely with a supportive leadership group and our established occupational therapy team. This role can be based in Adelaide, Melbourne, or the Gold Coast, with hybrid work arrangements available.
In this key position, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
Developing and implementing evidence-based intervention plans
Mentoring and supporting early-career speech pathologists
Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Collaborating with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Contributing to the growth and innovation of our speech pathology services

We support individuals across the lifespan—children, adolescents, young adults, and adults—in home, school, and community environments. We also offer telehealth services to clients Australia-wide.

Requirements
Bachelor or Masters of Speech Pathology
5 years of post-graduate clinical experience
Experience in mentoring or willingness to guide junior clinicians
Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for community-based work
Current clearances: Working with Children Check, Childwise Child Safety Training, Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect, NDIS Worker Check, and National Police Clearance
