Speech Pathologists - Grade 1 Adult Graduate Rotation Program | Speech Pathologists - Grade 1 Paediatrics
- $74,172 - $85,872 per annum ($36.80 to $42.60 per hour) dependant on classification
- Access to generous salary packaging + super on top of hourly rate
- 5 weeks annual leave, monthly ADOs & 7 paid professional development leave days per year
- Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy Student Grant Program, in which grants totalling $15,000 are available for final year students

2 Year Graduate Program (Fixed Term) Full Time (80 hrs per fortnight including monthly ADO)
Paediatric Team
Permanent Full Time (80 hrs per fortnight including monthly ADO)
About the Roles
Grampians Health is calling for passionate recently graduated Speech Pathologists to join our dynamic Speech Pathology team. Adult Graduate Rotation Program - As the Grade 1 Speech Pathologist in our Adult Rotation Program you will be responsible for an adult caseload and will work in a variety of programs, including acute inpatients, subacute inpatients, community, aged care and specialist outpatient clinics
Paediatric Team - As the Grade 1 Speech Pathologist in our Paediatric Team you will be responsible for a paediatric caseload across a variety of programs, including acute inpatients and community programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload across multiple settings
• Provide clinical assessment, treatment, and support
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Participate in supervision and professional development
• Contribute to service improvement and quality initiatives
• Engage in community and outreach activities
Skills & Experience
• Degree in Speech Pathology
• Full membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
