About the role:
- Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days/week)
- Based in Essendon or Yarraville clinics
- Support children aged 18 months–16 years
- Develop skills across speech, language, fluency, literacy, AAC, and play-based therapy
- Deliver sessions in clinic and community settings (e.g. schools, kindergartens)
- Full admin support – so you can focus on what matters most: your clients

- Weekly 1:1 supervision with experienced senior clinicians
- Regular team case discussions and peer support
- Hands-on shadowing and step-by-step training
- Encouragement to progress at your own pace – no pressure, just support
Requirements/Skills
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
