What makes this company unique?
Everything! Their operations, innovations, and their CEO. This business has its executives in the air more often than on the ground. The CEO’s office is a close-knit team, high performing and dedicated. This is a newly created role in response to the international demands of the CEO. And they need you!
Working closely with Chief of Staff, you will assist with all aspects of travel coordination. You'll be responsible for managing complex international itineraries, and booking private jets, catering and occasional security details. You will act as a trusted point of contact during high stakes travel moments. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving logistical puzzles, and have a passion for creating smooth experiences behind the scenes, this could be your dream role!
What is unique about you?
You know the airlines, their routes and every country’s capital off by heart. At school, geography was your go-to subject and when it comes trivia nights, the obscure travel questions are yours! You work well under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments. Organisation, planning, precision and detail are your strengths. Solving problems is second nature to you, and you have unparalleled interpersonal and communication skills.
This role calls for flexibility—you’ll be the go-to contact in the event of after-hours travel requirements or emergencies. To succeed in this role, you will have extensive knowledge of global travel logistics, private aviation, and visa/international travel documentation requirements.
A snapshot of your role….
· Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including all transfers and both commercial and private aviation
· Coordinate accommodations, visa applications, and required documentation for seamless international travel
· Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO’s office and the security team to assess needs, arrange protective services, and confidently brief external security providers
· Prepare and maintain comprehensive trip itineraries and documentation
· Provide real-time support and rapid problem-solving in response to travel-related issues, including availability during evenings and weekends when necessary
