My client is an established accounting firm are seeking a Business Services Manager to join their Business Services/Private Clients practice.

You'll be required to oversee and manage a fee base of approx $1M and 3-4 accountants. Clients range from a variety of industry sectors, with their client base ranging between $5m - $80m turnover and some large private groups, as well as HNWIs.

Main duties of the role include:

Tax planning and forecasting, succession planning and restructuring advice

Managing work flow and reviewing work of junior team members

Finalising large set of accounts and corresponding tax returns

Formal and informal tax advice on tax issues

Train, mentor and delegate to team members

Monitoring KPIs, WIP, productivity, budgets and deadlines

Providing support to Director in relation to client management and achieving team objectives

Applicants:

Currently working in a Heavy Supervisor / Manager capacity in Business Services/Tax

CA/CPA qualified (Ideal)

Demonstrated experience mentoring juniors and managing clients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong business acumen
