Join Pulford Air & Gas, an ELGi company, as our next Technical Support Manager—a pivotal role supporting the technical excellence of our ELGi Air Compressor products and services across Australia.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong engineering background, a passion for developing people, and a drive to make a real impact across national service and dealer networks. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a critical role in enhancing service capability, delivering expert product support, and driving aftermarket growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert on-site and remote technical support to ELGi service teams and authorised dealers

Drive technical training programs to uplift the skills of internal and external service teams

Collaborate to improve customer satisfaction and optimise after-market service delivery

Assist in implementing strategies that grow revenue and support business targets

Promote safety and compliance standards across all technical operations

What We’re Looking For:

Degree-qualified in engineering or a related technical field

At least 5 years’ experience in a similar technical role within industrial products or services

Prior experience with ELGi Air Compressors is highly regarded

Strong technical knowledge of compressor systems (or similar mechanical systems)

Proven ability to train, influence, and support service and sales teams

Willingness to travel extensively across Australia
