Senior Stock Controller/Registration Clerk - High Volume Franchise Dealership - Sydney

Our client is a leading automotive dealership group located in Sutherland, Sydney. They are seeking to employ a Stock Controller/Registration Clerk to join their busy team. The role is Monday to Friday and is a non-customer facing position.

This role requires someone with Automotive Dealership Stock Control Experience. Applicants without this will not be considered.

The work involves networking effectively with delivery consultants, compound supervisors, vehicle planners and stock controllers in order to ensure achievement of customer needs and targets. More specifically the role will involve:

Co-coordinating the vehicle delivery process between Delivery Consultants and vehicle compounds.

Stock intake and stock swaps

Registration of new & preowned vehicles, inc transfers and related processes

Vehicle ordering and allocations

Liaising with key stakeholders with respect to delivery dates, customer requirements, demonstrators, loan and stock vehicles as well as preparation requirements.

Raising Repair Orders in line with the agreed schedule and delivery committed date.

Providing advance notice to compounds on accessories required for new cars preparation.

Working in accordance with established business processes, policies, procedures and standards.

The ideal applicant for this position will be a franchised dealership experienced Delivery Coordinator and Stock Controller.
