🔧 Main Responsibilities:

Provide admin and sales support to the dealership team

Handle used car registrations and manage all related documentation

Oversee stock control and ensure accurate vehicle records

Reconcile applicable accounts (using Xero)

Manage NSW Service Dealer tasks including registration transfers & renewals

Process speeding fines, parking fines, and tolls

Book new vehicles into stock promptly and accurately

✅ The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have prior experience as a Registration Clerk (this is essential)

Demonstrate strong attention to detail

Show a willingness to learn and take initiative

Be highly organised and efficient

Bring a can-do attitude to every task

Be friendly, professional, and enthusiastic

Have excellent communication and customer service skills

Be the go-to person at the dealership for admin and registration queries

Have previous administration experience in a dealership environment
