ICT Solution Architect - Infrastructure Programs

Are you a strategic Solution Architect with deep expertise across infrastructure domains? We're seeking an experienced ICT Solution Architect to provide critical architectural leadership across a suite of modernisation programs.

This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension, working on-site in Brisbane's CBD. You'll join a collaborative, high-performing team to drive architectural best practice, support future-state planning, and ensure alignment to enterprise strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead architectural planning and solution design across major infrastructure domain programs.
• Define and develop target-state architectures and technical roadmaps (1-3 year horizons).
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and technology strategy.
• Facilitate architecture governance and compliance reviews.
• Engage with senior technical leaders and stakeholders across multiple streams.
• Assess inter-program dependencies and oversee architectural risk and integration planning.
• Review vendor designs and ensure alignment with architecture principles.
• Champion modernisation efforts and support transition from legacy platforms.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
• Deep experience in architecture disciplines, particularly infrastructure and cloud.
• Familiarity with TOGAF or other architectural frameworks.
• Strong grasp of emerging tech trends including AI, Zero Trust, IoT, and cloud platforms.
• Strategic thinker who can operate across enterprise and detailed design levels.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
