We're looking for a highly skilled Network & Cloud Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimise network & cloud environments that drive business success.

This role involves ensuring the performance, security, and reliability of network and cloud systems. The Network & Cloud Architect aims to design resilient network infrastructure which enhances operational efficiency and scalability through effective management of network and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end cloud solution design across AWS, and Azure platforms
• Integrate traditional on-premise networking components with cloud services and platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Contribute to and execute strategic vision for network and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Design and architect scalable, secure, and resilient cloud and on-premises environments.
• Lead high-performing infrastructure and cloud team using agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in architecting on-premise and cloud infrastructure in large enterprise settings
• Develop and maintain the organization’s security and network architecture framework
• Align security and networking initiatives with the organization's business goals and objectives
• Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and guidelines for network infrastructure
• Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN) that ensure optimal performance and reliability across all global locations
• Development and maintenance of Network Blueprint and Standards to support business requirements
• Collaborate with other product pillars to integrate network services and ensure their requirements are met with innovative and secure solutions
• Experience of securing public and private (LAN, WAN, SDWAN, and Internet) solutions plus an understanding of emerging security technologies

Candidate requirements:

• Brisbane based role
• 14-month contract role
• Role closes on 13th Friday at 2pm.
• Strong architecture skills, with experience designing complex networking and infrastructure solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect,
• Network security and Software-Defined Networking (SDN)
• Cloud-based networking (AWS, Azure)
• Networking protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, VPNs
