Compactor Operators – multiple locations.

Minecon Recruitment have partnered with a highly reputable Queensland based, Civil Contractor to assist with building their high performing team. This contractor has a very strong presence within Queensland and are seeking dedicated and safety driven employees to join their fast-growing internal team.

The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a record of working safely and are commitment to safe working practices set by the contractor. You will be accountable for your actions and also display a willingness to learn new skills and to work to the best of your ability. Along with a commitment to as part of a team to achieve business objectives and the ability to work shift work.

Location: Deebing Heights and White Rock.

Opportunity benefits:

Ongoing and stable opportunity

Monday to Friday role, with option for Saturday work (10+ hour shifts)

$45.00 an hour $20.00 daily travel allowance

DIDO position

Potential to upskill to operate other machinery on-site

Positive and safe working environment

Opportunity requirements:

Current Drivers Licence

RII or Training transcript, to reflect experience operating a Rollers / Compactors

Must be experienced with GPS (Trimble)

Experience operating CAT 825 Compactors

Reliability to attend work each day and adhere to site safety standards (Essential)
