Looking for a flexible role with consistent work and great pay? EJ Earthworks is on the lookout for a skilled Combo Operator to join our team for ongoing work on residential projects across Brisbane. If you enjoy working independently and want the convenience of taking your setup home each night – this is the job for you.

About the Role

Operate a 1.7T combo unit (excavator, bobcat & tipper)

Occasional work with 3T and 5T machines

Majority of work on residential sites

Take the setup home each night – save time and hassle

Casual role with $35–$45/hour depending on experience

Work across various Brisbane suburbs

What You’ll Need

Valid excavator and skid steer operating tickets

Current truck licence (MR or higher preferred)

Construction White Card

1–2 years’ experience preferred

Strong safety awareness and ability to work unsupervised

Good communication and a reliable attitude
