BWC are seeking skilled and experienced excavator operators to join our team on our Keperra Quarry/Subdivision project in Brisbane. Experience in quarrying or large bulk earthworks as well as civil jobs preferred, with one or more of the following skills:

Demonstrated competency in final trim excavator operations, including accurate battering, trenching, and levelling to specification

Demonstrated experience operating in quarry, civil, or mining environments.

GPS/UTS experience (e.g. Trimble, Topcon).

Current high-risk work licence and white card.

Bobcat experience highly regarded

These are long-term, ongoing roles and happy to offer full-time for the right applicants. Pay rates are base plus overtime daily, paid fortnightly.

Central Brisbane location - No Fifo.

Expected hours are 50+ per week, Monday to Friday with some Saturday work required.

Successful candidates will possess the following:

Current driver's license;

Plant/Machinery tickets;

Good work ethic and can-do attitude;

Strong commitment to work health and safety.

Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a small team;
