You’ll be joining a team committed to embedding a functional development plan across the organisation. Your expertise will help to create frameworks, workshops and learning content that will help uplift capability at all levels.

Your Role in Action
Partner with key internal teams and external industry groups to design and deliver best-in-class technical training and onboarding content.
Craft a standardised, best-practice training framework that drives operational excellence and consistency across the business.
Streamline and consolidate existing training resources into a cohesive, easy-to-deliver learning experience.
Take the lead on rolling out national training and upskilling initiatives that empower teams to perform at their best.
Apply your deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design to create impactful e-learning modules and engaging presentations.
Influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation, building strong relationships with stakeholders to support learning outcomes.
Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools to enhance accessibility and delivery of training programs.

With a strong background in organisational development, you have a deep understanding of capability frameworks, digital learning technologies, and facilitation best practices.
