About the role

As an Operations Assistant at Fairway Removals , you will be responsible for providing critical administrative and operational support to our dynamic removals business. In this full-time position based in Campbellfield, VIC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

Providing a range of administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation

Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of removals jobs and deliveries

Liaising with customers to answer enquiries and address any concerns

Supporting the operations team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

Maintaining detailed records and generating reports to track business performance

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our operational processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with a range of stakeholders

Strong administrative and organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Experience in a similar operations or administrative support role, preferably within the removals or logistics industry

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
