Now Careers are exclusively recruiting a Senior Contracts Administrator for our client, a Leading Builder with operations across SE Qld, to join their team and play a critical role in ensuring commercial success across their projects. You’ll be supporting project delivery from pre-construction to handover and ensuring contracts, budgets, and subcontractor relationships are watertight.

Key Requirements

  • Min of 8-10+ years' experience in Commercial Construction as a Contracts Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, trade letting, cost reporting, head/subcontract negotiation, and compliance
  • Working hand in hand with the project manager and design team taking the project from inception
  • Mentoring of junior CA's
