Your responsibilities:

Engage with inbound leads, walk-ins and referrals

Conduct test drives and present the Kia product range professionally

Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery

Build strong customer relationships and maintain follow-up activity

Maintain CRM accuracy and uphold dealership processes

Work with team members and leadership to achieve targets

What we’re looking for:

Automotive sales experience highly regarded

Proven sales success in any industry also considered

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

High drive to achieve personal and team results

Professional presentation and high personal standards

Current driver’s licence
