Part-Time | 34 Hours Per Week | Ballarat, VIC 3350

Are you passionate about interiors and love helping people bring their spaces to life? Delta Floorworld Ballarat is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Executive Sales Consultant to join our friendly and fast-paced team.

This part-time role includes 34 hours per week across four weekdays (9am–5pm) and Saturday mornings (9am–1pm). It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, offering great service, and working with high-quality flooring products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcoming and guiding customers through our showroom

Understanding client needs and offering tailored flooring solutions

Providing expert product knowledge and advice

Preparing quotes and managing the sales process from enquiry to purchase

Conducting in-home measures to help customers find the right fit and solution

Building strong customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction

Supporting the growth and success of our Ballarat store

Who We’re Looking For:

A confident communicator with a passion for customer service and sales

Experience in retail, sales, or home improvement is desired but not essential—we’re happy to train the right candidate

Someone who enjoys helping people and problem-solving

A keen interest in interiors or renovations

A team player who is reliable, motivated, and enjoys a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:
