Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Construction Labourer. The Civil Construction Labourer will assist the drill crew and perform manual labour as required. Other duties may include operating heavy machinery and driving construction vehicles including vacuum excavation units. The role involves remote work so applicants must be willing to stay away from home and work to a 10 day on 4 day off roster where required.

Qualifications

Construction induction - white card

Heavy Rigid License with crash box - non-synchronous transmission

Ability to work well in a team and take instruction from others.

Excellent communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.

Experience with excavator operations favourable.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake additional training and a Category 3 medical including drug and alcohol testing to enable them to work within the rail corridor. All training is provided. Attractive salary and benefits for travel.
