About the role

Australian Ground Technologies (AGT) is seeking an experienced Civil Labourers to join our dynamic team. As a Civil Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting our construction and infrastructure projects across Sydney Metro Region, predominately Western Sydney, specialising in large commercial Retaining walls up to 15m in height.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with earthworks and construction of Keystone Retaining walls

Assisting tradespeople and operators with the installation and maintenance of various infrastructure components

Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.

Opportunity to upskill to operate civil plant such as Excavator, Roller, PosiTrack, etc.

Collaborating with the project team to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Civil Labourer or in a similar construction/trades role

Strong physical fitness and the ability to undertake physical labour

Current valid drivers license & own transport

Construction Induction White Card & Relevant certificate of competency

Strong understanding of construction methods, site processes, and quality standards
