About the opportunity
AWX is looking for skilled and ticketed labourers to support a major civil project just outside West Wyalong. Work is expected to start soon and will run for 10-12 months. The job involves general civil works on a large mining lease in Central West NSW - including site establishment, haul roads, and infrastructure support.

We're building a local team now to be ready when the project kicks off.

• Works expected to begin within 2-4 weeks.
• Estimated Project duration: 10-12 months, working a roster, initially day shift.
• Project site located approx. 45 minutes from West Wyalong
• Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) model preferred - (Daily bus transport from West Wyalong expected)
• Great fit for people from: West Wyalong, Temora, Forbes, Parkes, Young and surrounding areas

What you'll do

• Labouring on civil and infrastructure works
• Site establishment: fencing, signage, materials handling
• Escorting and guiding mobile plant from entry points to work zones
• Assisting operators and site supervisors on the ground

What You'll Need

• Construction White Card (mandatory)
• Proven experience in civil, mining or construction labouring
• Physically fit, with the ability to work in varied outdoor conditions
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Dogman or Load Escort experience/tickets highly regarded
