About Our Client
WorkPac is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in Tamworth. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, is confident communicating with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment. You will be the face of the business, assisting walk-in clients, handling orders, and ensuring a safe and welcoming site for all visitors.

What You Will Be Doing:

Interact with customers daily and provide professional, friendly service.

Identify sales opportunities through proactive engagement.

Safely handle all products and ensure accurate order processing.

Ensure all visitors are signed in and escorted safely on site.

Attend and contribute to regular safety meetings.

Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Report any hazards, near misses, or incidents as required.

What You Will Need:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales support role.

A strong safety mindset and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

NSW Class C driver’s licence is essential.
