Our kitchen has just gone through major renovations to create a kitchen the top chefs dream of!
Our venues include Fancy Hank’s, a long-standing BBQ institution, Good Heavens, a bustling rooftop cocktail bar and Springrock, a modern pub serving counter-meals. Join our team as we take on the new and exciting challenge of cooking for three venues; barbecue, elegant canapes and modern pub classics.
The person we’re looking for has
Passion for both cooking and learning
Minimum 3 years experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and working with medium to large teams
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
Preference for American BBQ or wood-fired cooking experience.
A great work ethic
The ability to work within a tight-knit team
Excellent communication skills
A documented history of stable employment
The ability to work in Australia, without restrictions
