Our client is a 3 Director accounting practice based in the Perth CBD specialising in providing tax and business advice to its diverse client portfolio. With ongoing growth in the client requirements, an opportunity has presented for someone with circa 2 years experience to join their friendly team.

They are offering a generous remuneration package for the successful applicant, CA/CPA support as well as an opportunity for further career progression and training.

Role and responsibilities:

• Preparation of tax returns and financial statements for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships.
• Working directly with clients and providing solutions on general tax matters.
• Providing assistance in the preparation of cash flow forecasts and researching tax matters where required.
• Liaising with and building relationships with clients, the ATO and other bodies as relevant and required.
• Providing advice to a large and varied client base.
• Managing and monitoring staff performance and reviews and conducting training sessions.

The Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• 2-3 years Australian tax and business services experience
• Part CA qualified
• Experience dealing directly with clients is essential
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Strong team mentality and ability to work closely with peers
